Find Things Fast revolutionizes the path to an organized life! For the first time you can separate Decluttering and Getting Organized. Let us explain.

Do you ever run out of time while getting organized?
How many times have you started to organize a garage, office, storage unit, craft room, basement, attic, etc. and 1/4 of the way, 1/2 or even 9/10 of the way through you run out of time?

What do you do when you run out of time organizing?
After you get over the frustration that one more attempt to get organized has come up short you quickly stuff the rest of the things back in to a disorganized pile and hope to get back to it before the same time next year!

The fact is most people run out of time while organizing and are forced to stuff! Find Things Fast ends this problem, it allows you to split the job in HALF! If you only have a limited amount of time you can focus strictly on decluttering and FINISH that part of the job! Then when you have time you can finish getting organized at your leisure.

That sounds like doubling the work? Don’t I have to touch things twice?
Not at all. With Find Things Fast you can literally have a spotless area in 1/4 of the time it would take to organize it. All it takes is the time to snap a picture of each item and drop it in a bin. No labeling, categorizing, or worrying what goes where. You can literally just snap a picture and drop it in a box.

That still sounds like it can take a lot of time?
Actually with just one phone we have seen a three car garage littered with stuff decluttered in under 4 hours! It filled over 50 boxes of stuff with just 1 iPhone and 3 kids.

Did we just say 3 kids? OK, how many Adults?
That is another cool thing about FindThingsFast, it is second nature for kids. It works like a search engine (google) for your things. Not only will your kids get it, but they will be teaching you how it works!

You have one word to label this on a box, that is already crowded with labels. So what do you call it?

You have one word to label this on a box, that is already crowded with labels.
So what do you call it?

Dad labels it a Glove

Mom labels it Sports

Johnny labels it My Glove (hey that’s two words) ok fine little league (wait that is still two words), and this list goes on.
The fact is we all don’t label or TAG things the same. We all have our own way of remembering things and traditional organization tools fall flat due to this fact.

This is just one label for one item and you would need these plastered all over the container.
The end result of these old systems is one person ends up OWNING the organization. They use their words (TAGS) and their labels and organize things their way.

This puts a lot of work on this person and ultimately a lot responsibility and time. Ultimately a lot of blame too, because the minute you can’t find that Wilson little league baseball glove, that you call a mitt, it is your fault.
Find Things fast fixes this problem by turning organization from a ME thing to a WE thing.

FindThingsFast allows you to store as many tags as needed for each item, you can even use tags to group baseball equipment, camping, etc.

Now when someone needs to find something they just type in a name, keyword or tag and up pops the item and location. FindThingsFast allows anyone to store an item and more importantly anyone to find an item.

You are no longer the single point of success or failure of an organized home, garage or office. Organizing is transformed from a ME thing to a WE thing!

My wife was out doing some last minute shopping and ran across the impulse buy Easter section at the store. As she wrestled in her head the questions “Did I save the plastic eggs from last year?”, “Do we have enough baskets for our family and guests?”, “Do I need that green fake grass?”, etc.

In years past she would always buy any item in question with the rationalization I don’t want to come back and battle the crowds and if we have it I can always return it. Well we often times did have the items and very rarely, if ever, did the duplicate items get returned, what a waste of money!

This time she remembered, “Wait a second, I have FindThingsFast on my iPhone”. In just seconds she had a full list of Easter stuff, could see the pictures and realized she did not need to spend a penny on these Easter items.

We spent less money, did not add to our stuff (that we did not need) and did not have to make several trips to the store!

Hi. My name is Erin my 5th grade son, Luke packed himself for science camp. I am no rookie to 5th grade science camp ritual where the kids pack for a 3 day trip with schoolmates to gain a deeper understanding of science. Luke has 3 older brothers who have done this before so I thought I knew what to expect.

Usually, the day of camp or the night before we go scrambling around the house to collect the list of supplies on a list the school provides. This usually takes a couple of stressful hours to find most everything. Even though I am fairly organized, it is always hard to find everything on the list. Ultimately, we end up driving to Walmart to get several things -that I know we have somewhere- but don’t have any more time to find…

This was before FindThingsFast.

First, I was a bit of a skeptic when my husband spent one Saturday with my boys organizing our garage using FindThingsFast. I was impressed with how quickly they had completed it. But, to be honest, I wasn’t sold on how useful it would be. That was until I came home to find that my 5th grade son had packed himself for Science Camp.

I came home from running my older boys to school and sporting events, dreading the science camp packing ritual. Where was the first aid kit my boys had taken on a campout 3 months ago? Where was the rain poncho? These lists can be torture! And the worst part is I always end up running to the store last minute buying something we know we have 2 or 3 of, but can not find. It can be even worse when several moms are out trying to buy the same things- making finding it in the stores even harder.

Well, this time things were different. I arrived home at 9pm and I told Luke we better get started packing for science camp in the morning. Luke looked up and said, “Mom, I am already packed.” As a mother of 4 boys, I know what this means; he has probably stuffed a few shirts and shorts in a bag and called it good. So, I told Luke we need to make sure we get everything on the list. His response was, “I did!”, pointing to a loaded duffle bag on the floor.

Still in unbelief, I asked, “Did Dad help you with this?” because this bag was loaded up with not just a few shirts and shorts- but with a rain poncho, a headlamp, a first aid kit, etc. I was actually proud of my husband as I was sorting through the items when my son responded, “No, I did it by myself.” Now I knew something was amiss. My 5th grader is telling me he packed himself with things I didn’t even know we had and he did it on his own?.

My response- “How?”

He smiled, “By using FindThingsFast.”

Thinking this might be a prank I walked up to my husband’s office and said walking in the room, “Is this a joke? Are playing a trick on me?”

I could tell from his look he didn’t have a clue what I was talking about.

“Did you help Luke pack for his Science Camp?”

My husband responded, “What Science Camp?” That was the most normal response of this night.

It turns out my 5th grader did pack himself for Science Camp and, most amazingly, without being asked or helped! He actually was very proud of himself –and I was proud of him, too- and made what is usually a stressful event an enjoyable one.
